Energy Balancing Pads & Pillow Pads have a 100% replacement guaranteed for 3 months from the date of purchase to be free of any defects from workmanship during normal use.  Please return the defective pad to us and we will replace it with a new pad within the first 3 months.

DEMO AND PRE OWNED SADDLES LISTED ON THIS SITE ARE AVAILABLE TO BE PURCHASED THROUGH PAINT HORSE SADDLERY.

The purchaser of a demo or pre-owned saddle has 7 business days from the day of receipt to return the saddle to The Paint Horse Saddlery, in the exact same condition in which it was shipped, for a refund. The amount of the refund will be the purchase price MINUS a $35.00 restocking fee.
Any additional changes to the condition of the saddle, or past 7 business days from receipt, will result in a final sale.
